Congratulations to GTAC (NC) Member Dr. Michael Willams. He has been selected as the 2021 recipient of the W.E.B. DuBois Higher Education Award given by the National Alliance of Black School Educators. It will be conferred on November 14 2021 during their conference. He will also be facilitating a workshop based upon my book “I Count Too: Affirming students who look, love, learn, and live differently”.
