On October 29, 2022, GTAC (NC) Members Percell Anderson, Fran Crute, and Dennis Snead traveled to Broughton High School, Raleigh, NC the 7th Annual HBCU College Fair, which was sponsored by the Sigma Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. There the chapter members represented Virginia State University in efforts to recruit students to VSU.
