On December 20, 2022, GTAC (NC) Members Venisha Bowler (Chapter Outreach Chairperson), Cicily Marsh, Jeanette Hill, and Dennis Snead, on behalf of GTAC (NC), traveled to Garner, NC to deliver the 182 hygiene kits that chapter members donated to Utica Cason (Founder/Executive Director of Stay Out And Renewed (S.O.A.R.)
The S.O.A.R. Drive supports homeless and low-income students who attend Wake County Schools, NC. The kits contained such items as toothpaste, toothbrushes, pocket tissues. deodorant, lotion, body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, razors, hand sanitizer, mouthwash, and feminine items.
